A major objective of
the course is to prepare students to become qualified academic staff at higher
educational institutions. Students will be exposed to both theoretical
knowledge as well as practice which will help them to shape relevant competence
and skills necessary for educators at tertiary level of education. Overall goal
of the course is to help future educators at higher educational institutions in
general, and at particular schools in particular, to nurture necessary skills
to improve teaching and learning at tertiary level of education.
