This doctoral seminar is designed to have an in-depth exposure at the core topics of interest in Organizational Behavior (OB). The participants will get familiar with the classic and contemporary literature so that they can understand well the prevailing theories and findings within a broader context. This course will build up skills for theoreticians and researchers for understanding and developing effective organizational behavior. The subject covers micro and macro organizational environment, attitudes, views and behaviors of individuals, groups and units within an organization.
